24th and Park (NE Corner)

This was a few days ago, I think last Sunday. I passed by the other day and the south side of the building is boarded up too.

    its Park South. Park Ave Starts/Ends at 32nd Street. If you are gonna live in Manhattan get it right!

    I live a block from there and call it 24th and Park too. Who really calls it Park South anyway when referring to the street day to day.

    people who wish they actually live on Park Avenue. I dont know if you know anything about NY but Park Ave use to be 4th Ave. They should have kept it that way so you losers on Park South didnt actually think its Park Avenue. Ever notice the numbers?! Idiot
